Once again, we want to find and recognize the best startups within the Danish gastro and foodtech scene. You can either nominate a startup for this award, or you can register your own startup below. After the nomination deadline, 4 finalists will selected will pitch in front of a selected jury, investors and thousands of participants to showcase their solution on October 9th 2025 during Aarhus investor week.

This competition and award show was established during the Covid pandemic with many unprecedented challenges, difficulties and restrictions for the Danish food sector and startups. This competition was a beacon of hope and resilience, in order to gather and strengthen the Danish food sector and to celebrate our amazing food entrepreneurs with a award show/competition.
This local competition is part of a global movement and competition, by Basque Culinary Center, where each country winner will also get a chance to compete against other country winners.

– The startup has a validated MVP or proof of concept in the Danish gastronomy, food or foodtech area.
– The startup is either located or founded in Denmark.
– The startup is under 5 years old.

– Award show/pitch: October 9th, 2025, 10:00-13:00, in Agri Food Park
